Jinx's rockets are fucking stupid and needs to be toned down ASAP

I mean, seriously, this ability is plain fucking overpowered:

600/625/650/675/700 range, highest of any ADCs excluding Kog'Maw with his W and Twitch with his ult up
Fucking increases your AA by 10% of your AD, which also scales with crits, which means, with IE, she deals 275% of her AD per attack
IT'S FUCKING AOE AND DEALS FULL DAMAGE TO EVERYONE
Mana cost is fucking absent late game and even early game, any Jinx with a brain will just throw a few rockets so she won't go oom, bullying her lane opponent.

275% of her AD every .5 seconds from 700 range that costs almost nothing, hmm.

Yeah that's totally balanced, at least she has no mobil... oh...

Well, at least, she can't peel for herse... oh...

She doesn't have mobility until she kills somebody. As for her rockets, the only thing I think needs to be changed is that her splash damage needs to be toned down so it doesn't always do as much damage to everything around it as it does to the initial target. Or, if they need to make it so her waveclear is intact, have it so it only reduces damage against champions

hahaha i've been saying this about her rockets for EVER!! I like the idea of her having the ability cuz she has no immediate escape. So a long range AA makes sense...but her rockets are a little broken. Maybe she should have severely reduced attack speed when shes in rocket form, think that would help? I think its worth a test on the pbe

If they severely reduce the AS while rockets are out, they would need to compensate with a damage buff. Keeping the same damage but gutting it's AS right now would gut her altogether
