GG, why do some bruisers get tanky with nothing but damage items.

League of Imba (where items & champs) are the skill of the game.

Play DOTA 2 if you want good balance. LoL is balance around champs that "makes play" or "exciting? LoL do not care about their playbase and only about LCS.
