Need to stop trolls

Can we put something in league of legends to get a major punishment if people troll or feed really hard? Please! Hear me out please i have been playing league of legends for about 4 and a bit years now and about a year and a bit ago i started to play ranked to see how good i could do. Almost every game i have done everything for the team haven't agued about positions or criticised anyone for a mistake but i still get stuck in bronze and cannot get out because someone will give up when you start losing or people troll because they don't want to win or things like that almost every game. How am i meant to get to a league I deserve if there are people like this all the time and i struggle to win games because of it. I get really mad and makes me feel really bad about myself when I haven't done anything wrong and get this type of treatment. There has to be a way to stop this please. I want to play the game with people who actually want to play it because I want to get a really good league and maybe play league of legends professionally one day. Please I love the game and the environment but not when there are people who make it bad. I know riot games try to make it a fun game but there must be something I can do. Thank you
