Ranked System is BS and Quinn needs drastic buffs.

Dear Rito, I am writing this board to inform you that your ranked system is a lot worse than it could be. I am not the only one that thinks this as many people I know strongly disagree and would say it is one of the worst systems out there. You should firstly make it that if someone on your team dc's then you don't lose LP as it is an unfair win. Secondly I think that if someone happens to do really well but gets a team that refuses to communicate and throws the game away then the amount of LP you lose should go down almost to zero if your KDA is over like 3. Thirdly the match making system needs fixing, as the great and op once said. " So many noobs will match making ever find true balance ." Also when you duo queue with a friend you will get really bad teammates and have to fight actually good opponents that face-roll your team constantly. I think that also the reporting system needs to actually have an impact because nothing really ever happens where the tribunal is concerned. I personally think the whole ranked ladder system should be more based on ones actual skill compared to their team feeding and refusing communicate. Any game where you have a dc the loss should be cancelled as is it really fair? I think riot needs to employ more videos like the teamwork op one as it did have an effect but more about how to not feed or how to not lose it at your team. I highly advise to bring back the video box that the home screen used to have as people would watch the videos before their game as it refreshes their bronze brains and makes them play better.

Now onto the more important matters

Quinn is a champion that is highly fun and great to play with mechanics and actual skill. ( not many of them ) Unfortunately it is distressing that such a good champion could be so under-cared for I believe two buffs in particular will flourish Quinn into the champion she should be.Firstly Quinn should have a major decrease in the cool-down of her ult. As a main Quinn I pretty much now that she is only really useful with her ult like but it is nowhere near as op. I think that a suitable ult cool-down would be around 40-60 seconds like Talon or a Lux ult. Secondly and lastly she needs a bit of a range increase which is currently 525 but should be increased to Vayne's range which is 550.

Riot if you want to bring your game up to its maximum potential then I highly suggest you implement these new ideas you will make a lot of people happy and league will truly be the best game in the world. Concluding this very informative message the ranked system in League of Legends is trash for the people who have no luck and Quinn I feel hasn't much either please make these necessary changes to make your game better.
