Players who do not want to play their auto fill.

I think that Riot should create a system to punish players who refuce to play the role in which they got autofilled. They say for example i will jungle no matter what and either force their teammates to play the role thats left or to pick their actual roll lose the game and just report him at the end or (this happens most of the time) break the game. After they broke the game they get 5 min bann just cause they didnt want to lose LP cause of this guy who was not willing to cooperate and pick the role he was supposed to and the player who is actually responsible for it gets away with it. I think that there should be a system where u can report a player or kick him somehow even on picks if he has this attidute from start.

There needs to be a report in champion select. I've had random people start attacking me in champion select for no reason, so I dodge. I'm not about to play a 20-40 minute game with someone who hates me before we've even started. I don't care if you're kidding, I'm playing this game for fun and to test my skill, not to see how much bullshit I can put up with from my supposed teammates.

There was one game where my teammates were the enemy in my last game, so when they recognized my name, and I said I was the support, the midlaner immediately when "fuck you Bard ahem hello teammate". I'll give this guy a pass since I had totally stopped him from assassinating my low health ADC by buffering exhaust when I expected him to flash burst my teammate, but again, very rarely do I get matched with the same people. If someone started a game saying that to me, I'd probably dodge to avoid the headache.

Or we could avoid all of the problems completely and remove mandatory auto-fill

Autofill exists for a reason, and removing it wouldn't be problem-free. It's an issue of balancing which problems players will have to deal with, based on which are the least problematic for the largets number of players.
