New Marksman making the top lane champs irrelevant

since the update for the marksman, i have played top with gnar,riven,renekton,tryndamere vs graves for 12 times now it seems that graves is taking over top lane by himself not having a chance against him. he pushes hard it seems he has more health and armor his farming is way better early game and way more damage than a full tank top champ. who is with me when i say top champions became irrelevant since the update. it seems to me that graves is now suitable in jungle mid adc support and top lane. i have seen him everywhere and he carries every game no matter where he stands.
