Can we be able to all chat "gg" and "ggwp" while cross-team chat is disabled?

I've been playing with all chat off for a while and I've been enjoying it. I do miss being able to Shift-Enter ggwp at the end of the game though.

Any chance of this being able to penetrate the regular client side cross chat setting? It would still only need be visible to those who subscribe to all chat, I just miss it is all.
