Login - Can we please get an Authenticator?

I have been hoping for an Authenticator like the Battle.net app for Blizzard. Is it that hard to develop to make sure less hacking is done? And is it maybe possible to GEO-lock login, so if the login is made from somewhere unsual, like a completely other country, the account will send a confirmation to your authenticator, and if not responded to, people cant log in? Just an idea.

This way you can only login if you have the randomly generated number from the current request and the phone where you linked it to. Have the app confirm through your e-mail and only 1 app can be installed at a time.

Most people have a phone they can press accept on when they log on. Just make it an security option to opt into instead of mandatory like Blizzard did.

Hope this is the right thread, couldnt find anywhere else ^^

What are the rest of you guys opinion on this?

Yeah but geo-lock should be opt-in. In fact, all of this should be opt-in only.

There are complications that can make this a legal issue in some places otherwise.
