Sneaky Dragons

So am I the only one who noticed you can mouse over fogged areas and see spell animations happening? Like when someone tries to sneak a Dragon, you mouse over the pit and you can just know when someone does it without having any form of vision. I don't know if that's intended or what, but it makes sneaking a dragon stupidly difficult.

While I'm on the note of being sneaky, why the actual fuck does Dragon scream across the map when it dies? Like they took away my ability to check the score screen without anyone on the map to show the buff number has changed but the dragon is allowed to yell at me to give me an exact second when it went down? Like seriously, is that for #LC$BIGPLAY$ or is it just not intended? Either way, I'm not the best at the game, I don't ever think I will be, but when I get surrounded by 4 people trying to solo a dragon when I swept the area with a pink in river and they just know I'm doing it without any vision, I consider it a problem personally. Yeah, soloing drag is stupid and risky, but in low tiers of League it's highly rewarding and usually doesn't hurt if you do it well.

Ehh whatever, I'm posting here because I won't get anything from Support if I ask them the question, so I'll toss it out here. Is seeing spells/Dragon/Baron attacks in the fog a bug or fully intentional?

As for you being able to see the skills, I was under the impression you shouldn't be able to see it unless you have some actual vision of it.

I'm guessing the reason dragon yells is because they want dragon to actually be an objective. The fact that it shows up on the stat screen is also an indication for the other team that it was taken. Since dragon gives permanent buffs now, it is fair for the other team to know when they get them. Also, the main reason is because of the 5th dragon. In most cases, if your team was avoiding the other team, you basically HAVE to fight for the fifth dragon or you will lose from brute strength. Sure, if you have the right team comp/skill and you're fed enough, you can still win fights(TSM vs. TL), but it is incredibly hard to do.

Unless you are planing to get all 5 drakes and early dragon is a waste of time. During the laning phase the amount of extra AD you get due to an early dragon is around 4-5AD... I rather expend that time ganking a lane. So highly rewarding, no.... but if you can steal it from the enemy jungler with a sneaky smite the isn't as bad (a succesful gank in a lane is still more rrewarding thou)

Since dragon screams when he dies anyway i don't think that hovering the cursor over dragon to see the animations makes much difference, as if i'm not mistaken the only animation you can see is the dragon death animation. However the sounds is pretty high so you can still hear the winds and fireballs without vision if you are close enough to the pit border.
