I would like to know why Riot takes so much for losing a match but, yet gives so little for winning a match. Does not make much sense to take so much lp for losing a match, that mean that you have too work twice as hard to get anywhere in ranked.......Does not seem fair.
Metikulus1 votesYour MMR is low compared to your rank. So, basically, you are higher than where you should be. If you gain/lose equal amounts you are right where you should be, and if you gain more than you lose, then you are climbing.

The only thing you can control in the game is your own play. So, you just have to keep improving your personal play until your CS is consistently at the top in any given game, you die A LOT less than everyone else, and get enough knowledge to not make mistakes and punish enemies when they do. Basically, you practice, practice, and, then, practice some more.
I also find it helps not to speak to your team mates unless it is regarding what happens in the game. People in soloQ are VERY easily offended.
