new champion leak?

The file for Elderwood Nocturne's special loading screen is incorrect, and shows an image of a woman with a giant gun (?). [This has since been patched out!] Picture (dont know how to insert directly sorry) so what do you make of this? doesnt look like any existing champ and we know the next one will be an non traditional adc. did riot derp and leak?

Not the first time this exact image has been "leaked"

Several times know a loading image wasnt on the PBE and she showed up instead
