So when is Katarina getting hotfixed?
This is kind of getting ridiculous Riot. The easiest champion in the game should not also be the most overpowered.

never. because hotfixes are for champions that have gamebreaking unintended bugs, and katarina works exactly as intended
I don't know how easy she is(looks pretty easy), but I do know a shit ton of people stopped playing Hexakill because she's unstoppable(literally).
The R needs a hot fix for sure. Nerf the damage on it, or remove the R's passive, and give it a high cooldown.
She isn't overpowered. She has amazing potential with good teamwork, but she isn't overpowered. A quick Shen E, Malphite R, Taric Q, etc. kills her. Play a champion with any form of immediate crowd control and she's done for.
Easiness to use does not correlate to power in League.
It's called ban/counter pick.
