How do I reset my free champion rotation

I've been playing urf recently but my champion rotation has not updated to this weeks, meaning no fiora/pyke/shaco etc, I have what i presume to be a previous weeks, my rotation seems to be stuck on the week of Sept. 17, with tryn, swain, voli, xin, and jhin, cait.

anyone know how to put it back to this weeks?
