Should I go full AP runes or full MP runes for Teemo?

I've been thinking about to buy new runes for Teemo and I can't decide if I should purchase AP runes or MP runes.

Mpen is better for bursting mid-late game while ap is better for trading early game. It is up to you which style of play you prefer.

I'd recommend taking AP Quints and Attack Speed Marks.
