ok so I am writing this so that i can convey a problem we all have with the system and that is having our champion banned because someone on our team doesnt like our pick. The fix i would present is that you just make the champions that you and your team picked can not be banned that being said if they are in the top five or so champions for win rate that should not apply as those champions can take over a game. This all being said the whole point of this new system was to get the team cooperating before the game so that you could have a better quality of game, and being able to ban the champions your team mates are picking is toxic to the game and environment, and needs to be fixed

Win rate in plat+ or all winrate? What if you can get a power pick? What if you should ban a champ since it counters the team? Can't limit banning.

the point is that the new format was supposed to promote cooperation with your team by letting you build a team comp before you even enter banning instead you have people that wont even pick a champ for fear of the teammates banning their pick and the people that do ban team mates champions are punishing their own team mates for trying to cooperate.

also all winrate, plat+ will ban their own. you dont have to ban a power pick it only cares about champions on your team. as far as champions countering the team it is possible to have a prompt that asks if its ok for you teammate to ban your champion if they dont answer the prompt it gets banned if they do and say yes its banned if they say no they can pick a ban. This also says you as the party that wants to ban your team mates champion have to dodge instead of you punishing your team mates for wanting to play a champion, and you should be held accountable for your choices as they should and thats what this does

And yes this is all null and void if you converse with your team mates but thats the point it forces you to have this conversation and interaction with them instead of well say you picked urgot before banning i dont like it so **** off im banning it, and thats exactly what it feels like just a major **** you
