Stealth Totem and Sightstones

Been wondering about this for awhile that you can see sightstones stacks when you tab them but for the trinket wards there no stacks visible on the tab. Just wondering if the sightstone stacks should be removed from the tab or let the trinket wards show its stack on the tab (like if it's 1 or 2 then when used it's blank.)
