Devourer OPAF

Playing against anyone who goes this jungle item is absurd and is one of the worst experiences of balancing I have ever experienced in any game I've ever played. This is indeed a post to whine and complain but also a post to show Riot that some people are done and won't continue playing a game that doesn't care about it's players at all. They take many months or longer to balance something and they also love to throw overpowered BS into the game such as this item. Literally anyone who goes this item is extremely strong even when at a level where they have few stacks. Having an item that does extra damage per hit is interesting and cool but in a game like league if it isn't watched and tweaked accordingly it is broken as hell. Riot has shown many times that they can't balance this item whether it be called Feral Flare or Devourer. Jax, Diana, Shyvana, Xin, Warwick and many others are so strong with this item you can't fight them. And if they happen to get a few kills they can and will kill everyone. The thing about this item is it encourages them to not gank and farm up, which is a way to balance it seeing as you have time to help your team while they farm up but it becomes such a strong item it isn't even a real handicap. If they do gank and get a kill everyone panics and goes instantly into hate mode and blames the one who died showing it is a toxic item which I thought Riot actually cared about after all their talk of negativity. A Xin with 60 extra magic damage per attack can two hit anyone without armor, and those with armor only take the extra effort of one or two more autos showing how strong it is, building into blade as most seem to do makes it even more of a problem. I'm sure many will relate to this problem and I am also sure many will disagree or find points that are wrong with my complaints so I will say before ending this wall of text that I am not the best player, and I do not think it is insanely overpowered nor impossible to deal with. I do however find it a problem big enough for concern and a topic Riot should be repeatedly aware of. I also do not know if these champions in particular are the strongest with this item but they are the ones I have seen do very well repeatedly in my 40 games in the last 2 weeks. I won't be replying to this in any way and I will not be playing League any more after posting this. I'm sure many will scoff and assume no one can quit this gme but when you've had enough, you've had enough and you have to be able to know when your past the point of having fun.
