Can we take a vote for Riot... We should nerf Garen officially... He can just Q, E, then R then any champion is dead. Whether or not the Garen fed or is fed, by the time 20 minutes come along he is unbeatable. Please nerf his base damage and health regen. It's honestly getting ridiculous. 
He also has to run at you and stay ontop of you the whole time hes doing it.

Get it through your head:
Garen is now WEAKER early game than post-rework, in return for a stronger late game. Pre-20min garen is weaker than he ever was.
The only caveat to this is the new items, but guess what! You have access to these items too! Just pick better and stop sucking against the easiest champ in the game, Garen, except for possibly pantheon.
except Garen's motives are way more telegraphed. Like the single most telegraphed champion in league.

...He has literally always done that in the past.
His late game was made slightly stronger, his early game was made slightly weaker, his CC and mobility got nerfed...and that's pretty much it.
Garen is so op! He wasn't a big problem before Until these new items came out and they just work SOOO good with him, Hes insanely strong. The game turns into ignore the adc and just focus the garen.
Garen used to be my favorite champion until his buffs, no easy champ deserves to have such high kill potential with little risk as he does. I've had ideas for kit reworks but it seems as though garen to remain a "beginner" champ and nothing like a fun combo smashing riven.
I know Riot is looking at cass due to her low play rate and yes garen does need to be nerf in some way. Hopefully they don't do to garen what they did to sej. Sej was double nerf when they cut their w down and when they nerf the crap out of cinderhulk.
