Xayah is one of the hardest champs to main right now because her main item, Essence Reaver, was nerfed. Balance team, please reply to me and help me on this topic. Not like you don't know this, but her choose rate is 1.88% and ban rate is 0.04% with quite a low win rate of 47.50%, as I have researched.
She's got a buff on PBE at the moment. +10-20% attack speed on her W. Seems pretty sizable to me.
Also a nerf to Ezreal, the current best ADC.
With Xayah, at this point, I think its a combination of ER being weaker and the fact that they trashed Rakan. She relied on him more than he relied on her and now both are awful because he's bad.
I gots a build for you that makes her really strong all game IE into zeal item > then a pen item the rest is just normal build. just get a quick pen item and she hurts a lot

Xayah... needs some rework, because when shes strong shes extremely oppressive and un-touchable. Even right now when shes 'weak' she can still function properly from very early on. Her W doing such obscene damage is a part of it.
