Team Skin Teamwork Concept

Bare with me. Team Skin Teamwork is my concept of using leftover RP points.

The idea is that if a team wants to 'pool' their RP they can put down leftover RP too low for any other use together to purchase team skins. Example:

John RP 312 Mary RP 51 Dexter RP 117 Tom RP 11 Sarah RP 1900

They begin in lobby with a chance to get skins at 95 RP. Now Tom is willing to throw down 11 RP into the 'pool' Mary figures why not and toss 51 RP the 'pool' is at 62 now maybe John has a skin and was not willing to throw the whole 95, but filling in 33 is easy so he finishes it off.

This promotes teamwork to get group skins, less likely to bicker over game play when players unite for skins (seen often a bad player who got team skins doesn't catch heck). Also spends those leftover non spendable RP being too low for more purchases.
