Fix this awful meta

What possibly made us think taking all vision out of the game and prioritizing vision denial while buffing all dmg tops, all dmg junglers, and all dmg mids was a smart idea? Whoever falls behind first, which always happens before 5 min, instantly loses the game in a hard stomp. Every game of jungle gets dictated by the first 5 min. If one kill goes the other jungler's way, you can't step into your jungle at all without dying to them or an enemy laner and you fall behind 2-3 levels by 15 min. It's so unhealthy for the game. Every game is a coin flip that gets decided before 10 min. How is that possibly a smart direction for the game. It's beyond laughable. And then every game you get useless jungler flame or better jungler wins, when you legit can't do anything. If I gank a lane, i'm so far behind that the laner can legit 1v2 us. If I try to farm, I get flamed for not ganking and then I get invaded 24/7 and die. At least in tank meta, I knew if I was behind, if I looked for good engages I could win teamfights. With dmg jungler meta you can't do anything. The game gets decided by who gets first long sword in the jungle, that's so shallow of a win condition. Every game is all ad comps and the funny thing is, it's not even bad because there are no tanks in the game since the only tanks are sups so they don't get the gold quick enough to get tanky. What meta is possibly good where you're allowed to go all ad asassin champs in top, jungle, and mid and get away with it every time. Better yet, not even get away with it, but that's just actually the best comp at the moment. It's so bad. I've never had a patch in the 5 seasons I've played that is this volatile. Even feral flare jungle meta was better than this and that was beyond terrible for the game. Every game gets decided before 10 min. How is that possibly ok? As as jungler alone, I have to ban lee, yi, kayn, and kha with 1 ban, As a team you have to ban 5 conqueror tops, 5 dmg junglers, and 5 assassin mids. It makes no sense. And 80% of the games get decided by a lvl 1 invade where their team invades and your team isn't in the right spots level 1 to guard or they get caught themselves. Yet alone every game getting decided by 10 min, I have a fair amount of games that get decided at level 1. The volatility of the meta is at its highest I've ever seen it
