Does fiddlesticks's Drain benefit from the new Runic Armor Mastery?
Self Explanatory i think. Just wondering if Taking Runic Armor will increase the amount of healing that i receive when i drain as Fiddlesticks.

I would assume so however it does not state that spell vamp is included in the wiki.
I believe it would affect his Drain's healing aspect (haven't tested it and don't see a reason why it wouldn't affect it outside bugs.)
However, as far as I can tell, it does not affect the damage dealt. So you heal more, but still deal the same damage.
