Does fiddlesticks's Drain benefit from the new Runic Armor Mastery?

Self Explanatory i think. Just wondering if Taking Runic Armor will increase the amount of healing that i receive when i drain as Fiddlesticks.

I would assume so however it does not state that spell vamp is included in the wiki.

thanks, part of the complication is i'm not sure whether or not drain is truly considered spell vamp.

Could just test it by going into a custom and taking some turret shots.

It isn't classified as Spellvamp, however spellvamp IS increased by Runic Mastery.

I believe it would affect his Drain's healing aspect (haven't tested it and don't see a reason why it wouldn't affect it outside bugs.)

However, as far as I can tell, it does not affect the damage dealt. So you heal more, but still deal the same damage.
