Trying not to be rude but these are the only words i can find to emphasize how much you need to get the match making fixed.. Players are steady posting as nicely as possible the same request over and over.. i'm sorry but it seems pointless trying to put it nicely when its not even close to getting fixed and i am going to put it as blunt and as simple as possible for you can understand.. PLEASE FIX THE DAMN MATCH MAKING, A 30 MIN QUE WAIT SHOULD NOT BE GOING ON
How do you even get a queue like that in silver? My mmr is plat and I get generally a 10 min queue time.

Did... Did you leave a lot or something? IF that's the case then that's why. Otherwise... I have NEVER seen that outside top player streams who are Challenger or something like that.
Not everyone wants to nor would want to Support WHICH is a reason the support/fill into support are faster queues IF you want faster queues. If not you probably are trying to either or learn/play the roles you wanted WHICH is probably a competitive role which a lot of other, millions are trying to play as well. I've had 20 minute queues just to Jungle/top as picked then switched to Jungle/support or fill and instantly queues up. Reason? People don't want to play 'boring' support.
