Platinium Player

I currently got into plat 5 and I want to climb more, in lane I do not feed and I do try to roam, but we still lose. given everyone has bad games. But i have lost 3 in a row, and cant get out of this bad cycle of winning 2 and then losing 2. or winning 1 then lose 2 or 2 win 3 then lose 3. I need help or advice on how to achieve better results as a mid lane.
