Nostalgia Pre patch Legacy game mode

Don't you miss season 1 Jax? Or WW before his rework? How about a game mode where we have access to any of the previous champions before they were patched. Why not have a game mode where every old champion is added back into a game. I know the new Katarina is better than the old one, but my fondest memories were with the old one (it just isn't as satisfying picking up daggers as we used to have to proc her w manually). Or pre rework Talon, or when Darius's Q didn't have a delay. The majority of these champions were reworked because they were under powered compared to their current selves. True some champions were reworked because they were busted such as Ryze 1, Ryze 2 (Ryze 3 is still pretty damn powerful), or AP Yi in season 4 (which wasn't even that broken in my opinion). Opening day for Darius lasted for 3 hours before he got hotfixed.

But it is just a screw around game mode. Urf, Asention, and Legend of the Poro King are meant for people to have fun. Why not a game mode with old champions? I am sure that they did not remove them from the game code and even if they did, it would not be too hard to implement back in.
How about some old items too? Deathfire grasp was fun and so was Force of Nature. I wouldn't mind seeing Surge come back as a spell. It could be a rotating game mode that I think would be so much fun. And before anyone complains about game balance, don't tell me Ryze, Kass , and Apache Hec were balanced in URF.

I would be most excited for Season 2 kat, previous Talon, Kha Zix when his Spikes used to proc his passive, Season 3 Kassadin (which was probably when Kass was the most fun), Garen before he got fat, Draven when his passive caused a bleed, and Yasuo before he was cancer.... my bad that never existed.
