Aurelion Sol And mana issues

I believe his w when leveled should reduce the mana usage, it just takes way to much mana at all stages of the game especially when maxing q first it becomes a whole 100 mana to cast and its a very hard skill to land, should at least go up by 5 mana per level and be maxed at 80 mana cost. I find out of about 10 games with him I constantly need blue buff (good if I'm jungleing but then your mid can't ever get a blue since you need it so much) I find being in mid lane running out of mana super fast and annoyingly always asking my jungler for blue buff.
