Burst Damage still to high? Early game rant.

Even with the recent nerfs I still feel like burst damage is too high. Sure Electrocute nerfed the assassin's a little bit for all-ining some one. But now Zed, for instance, can proc Electrocute twice within the same time frame (as pre nerf electrocute), give or take a few seconds, for more damage than before. New electrocute is worse late game, but better early. So if that's the case the game is still paying hommage to fast 20-25 min games. I want to see games lasting 30ish mins when late game champs have a chance to turn things around. Better chances to make comebacks. Right now it feels like the first team to get ahead can end the game before any scaling happens for the other team. Watching 100T tiebreakers yesterday reminded me of how exciting it is to make that comback, because of a good play. Mind you I'm speaking for lower elo, as I'm G5, but a lot of people in low elo give up early and reside to not trying any more. I want the days of hyper carries to come back. Feed the Vayne CS or kills win hard late game. They need to move a lot of the early game damage, to mid to late, like they did with Marksman, not as hard tho. I don't want 45-60 min games by no means, but if I want a short game, I'll play ARAM, or NB. SR is a place for traditional, MOBA gameplay, where every decision you make changes the outcome in a moderately long gameplay. Take early game damage, move it to mid/late game. More champs become viable. More builds become viable. There will still be that chance for an early game team comp to win, but now the late game team comp also has a chance to scale. The game is so lineiar right now.

I've been told and I've experienced that early game laning is still so good with Talon.

Even though electrocute was nerfed, being able to proc it multiple times in a short amount of time rather than waiting the long CD of before is pretty devastating and makes laning even easier for electrocute users, imo.
