Am I the only one who has problems facing Cho'Gath?

He is really easy to play and you can kinda foresee his abilities but his sustain on lane and his tankyness makes me cry sometimes. His base damages and ratios are insane and I honestly don't know how to face him. He has also a shit tons of cc (his silence lasts for way too long) and if he hits you with one q you are basically dead.

Or do I just suck? What are his counters and how do I have to play in order to win against him?

Honestly it is his sustain in lane and that silence. The silence is way to long on enemies and he can nearly heal himself back to full health. Factor in his already tanky nature . . . he is way to strong. He just needs major tweaking and he will be fine . .. but Riot is on this trip about Soraka and Zed now so don't expect anything anytime soon.

He is pain in lane, but than he can barely do anything, unless you feed him hard. After laning dodge his Q and he is uber-kitable meatbag, and he can't even outduel most other meatbags after they get some items. Also he is a (slow) walking mejais, kill him once and you have about 2 minutes to make plays.

If you can't beat him in lane, just accept it, get as much cs as you can without dying, ask for ganks because he is just dead easy to gank and dying costs him a lot, and beat him later.
