My first game with poppy
I decided to play poppy because i desperately need a top laner and i was like, why not? I went 14/0 with her...and i dced for the first 4 minutes of the game could she be considered as op?

The cool thing about poppy is she is soooo under played very few people know have to play against her. If she was actually viable at higher levels, had a safer lane phase, or had a reliable stun and a better way to escape better mana pool ect ect ect..
She is closeish to being strong but her biggest strength is no one sees her enough to figure her out. So she is one of those low level OP champs and UP higher level champs.
Yeah she's especially strong because people got no clue about her and she is viable into most top lane matchups now a days, just see "UOL poppy"
