Is riot really refunding IP from runes when they change them in the upcoming season/preseason?
Just heard this didn't know if it was true or not

I'm betting my runes and hundreds of thousands of ip that it will be something lackluster.
yes, they are refunding runes since may i think when they announced the preseason changes, they are not refunding before hand but giving something to players
Maybe. We don't know what they're doing yet, but we know they're going to do something. We don't know if it's an IP refund or not; it could end up just being a Summoner Icon.
riot plans on a 100% refund to runes bought prior to announcement and a 40% refund on bought after announcement
there was also a leak that riot will let you buy some special skins and stuff with IP for a short time as well
Will they be refunding rune pages as well
