Item/SS Idea for Season 6

I am interested in feedback from other players as well as Rioters. My idea for a while has been to have a peel active available that would act as a small "force push" aoe with your champion as the center point. Think Xin Zhao ult, but without the targeted champion sticking, and with a push of half a flash distance at most. A different iteration could instead be like Syndra's push, so that it would require a skill shot opposed to a button press, but again on a much smaller scale distance wise. I'm thinking half of flash's distance for either of these would be more than sufficient.

I also imagine it might be too powerful attached to an item and would have to manifest as a Summoner Spell instead. I think it would be really sweet for Banshee's to block it as well.

Thoughts?

(I'm sorry in advance if this idea has been tossed around before and just not something I was able to locate.)

It seems really cool for a lot of immobile ADCs (Kog'maw, Ashe, Jinx, etc). The distance would be really hard to balance, as not only would it displace people, it could easily be underpowered or overpowered. Half the distance of flash isn't really that much, so I guess it really depends on the stats the item gives. Maybe if it built out of B. F. Sword or Zeal it could be strong on the immobile ADCs. I don't think they would make an item like that for AP champions, as it would compete for Zhonya's niche.
