A Queue Problems with Concerning Pre-Level 30 Matches!

I'm going to give to you straight with no curves. There is something wrong with the queues in matches that are pre-level 30. I'm trying to teach my friend league, and its impossible to due so because of the boosters and ACTUAL ACCOUNT SMURFING. Yes, you heard me right; I'm legit going against Gold ranked Players because they decided they wanted to boost their pre-level 30 friends. This is the most absurd and unfair abuse of the queue system I've ever seen. Its no wonder its so hard for people now-a-days to get introduced to the game; because there is litteraly someone who doesn't want to struggle with actual grinding so they get their fully ranked, all runes, all masteries friend to boost them; and whoever they face, get instantly killed. This needs to be looked at or atleast CONSIDERED. There should be no reason a pre-level 30 should queue up with a person that is, for example, Platinum (AND I HAVE SEEN IT UP TO DIAMOND). Someone needs to look into this, there should not be under any circumstances that this should be allowed, it breaks the game for early players and that is not fun at all for anyone getting trashed around by some high elo player.

If they're on their main playing with their new friend, then their mmrs are going to be averaged and it'll try to match the new player+vet against another new player+vet. It doesn't always work out, but the system does try. Still, if the new+vet win a bunch in a row, their mmrs are going to keep going up until they are facing sufficiently skilled opponents that they are only winning 50% of the time or so.

On the other hand if they're on a smurf playing with their new friend, then the system can't really tell the smurf from the new player at first. The smurf won't even be dragging up the average mmr much, so the situation would be somewhat worse for new players, as at least when they're on their main account the mmrs involved are dragged up somewhat so legit new players are less likely to be involved. The smurfs may not have runes/masteries, but I assure you that those have a negligible impact on how effectively a skilled player will stomp on a legit new player.

Playing with/against highly skilled players is one of the best ways to learn though. It may not be 'fun' at first, but it does make you more aware of all the positioning you could be doing and how you should be trading, and is much more likely to prevent you from building up bad habits, which simply playing against bots or other new players can result in.

If you keep getting stomped by experienced players, eventually your mmr will end up being sufficiently lower than theirs and you'll never be matched with them unless you're in your own premade though, so it is one of those things that does fix itself with enough play. Don't get me wrong, the new player experience is kind of rough, but it's not something easily fixed.

You can't exactly tell people to not show new players the game, as one of the appeals for many people is to get their friends involved and play together. Ranked is the competitive experience, and there they actually can't queue with one another, but in normals queuing with (potentially more experienced) friends is sort of the point.
