Hello! I know that there's a limit for daily purchase of hextech chest, but now i want to ask you if there's a limit if you exceed the maximum number of skins. Today one of my friend tried to gift me a mistery, but riot said i have no more room for skins... so there's the possibility that i can't buy hextech box? I have 9 gems... if this is the case i would kms :D
you can still buy chest because chest can also give you skin shards for skins you already have.

Yes, you can indefinitely buy Hextech Chests. You can get fragments for skins you already own and you can get fragments for champions you already own if you own all the champions. I'm not sure about the rules regarding Ward Skin fragments and Summoner Icon permanents; I'd assume that you would be able to get ones that you own without any special rules.
