Let's add some top lane diversity

Please make some changes to the items in top lane. I am tired of the enemy team getting an insane top laner like Fiora that can 1v9 as soon as sanguine blade is complete while my top laner just finished watching his favorite league streamer play sanguine blade Ivern top. Games are so incredibly snowbally because of the lack of item diversity in top lane. My suggested fix is to add additional AP top lane items and to reel back sanguine blade. Also Riot if you want to hire me after suggesting this change you can pay me in blue essence.
