As a seasoned player in the Pits of Hell (Also known as Bronze), I'd like to pitch a suggestion. If two players have already voted no in a surrender vote, and it is therefore impossible for the surrender vote to go through, then get that ugly thing off my screen! It blocks my field of view for no reason!
I'd more concerned how 3Y/1N/0 is not a majority vote to surrender.
I can not stand defeat by surrender. Honor your enemies victory with a fight to the end.
I hate surrendering, get rid of it.
Yeah its bad enough 95% of LoL players think every norms is LCS and doesnt recognize when to actually surrender, but now that box is just there like an annoying reminder of their stupidity AND blocks my view. If 2 people say no just immediately stop the vote cause it literally doesn't matter what the others say anyways.
You can drag the window so far to the side that you can't really see it anymore. Just the edge. I also find it very annoying
Except then if these players actually want to surrender you no longer have that option.

You can move it though.... To where most of it is off the screen
or better . when 2 of the team are voting no , no one except them can /FF again :) so when the FF vote appears it will be a guaranteed surrender :)))))
Better, it should disappear once you've already voted.
And let it remember the position of the pop-up between games. I always have to move it to bottom left corner of my screen.
Just today i had a game where the enemy broke 2 inhibitors and took down nexus to 30% health. We didn't even take a single tower or maybe 1 at most. We won at the end because 2 players refused to surrender. I hate keep having to see that thing on my screen when i don't want to surrender.
I'd rather them just make it Majority voting as a 2N v 3Y has never been fair.
You can move it off the screen.. and it's tiny
You know you can just drag it all the way off the screen right? Just grab it by a corner and throw that bitch off into a corner to never be seen again
Just slide it to the bottom.
Tip: You can drag the surrender panel off the screen. Just put your cursor on the left edge of the surrender popup, and drag it to the right edge of your display!

Surrender vote is for people who don't know how to play late game unless they are winning. Thanks Rito for now making late game practically useless.
