Stealth interactions

Stealth

So i did a bit of testing in practice tool with Pyke and Twitch, and some actives that seem like they'd be perfectly fine break stealth while others don't. I don't know what the criteria for breaking stealth is but here are some of the results :

Item actives :

all wards are 100% ok, no matter the source, while sweeper will break stealth (funnily enough, using sweeper 1st and then diving will have sweeper work as intended while keeping you in stealth) righteous glory, shurelia, redemption and locket break stealth, despite their lack of a cast time, on the other hand twin shadows won't break it randuin breaks it (but to have it hit enemies you'd already have to be close enough to be visible) predator, nights veil? (the lethality item with a spell shield) and yoummu won't break it (those 2 are at least expected not to break stealth, but entering stealth while channeling pred or shield will break the channel) stuff that has to do an action, such as all hextech items, tiamat/ravenous and stasis effects break it but those are expected...

Summoner spells quickie : flash, ghost, barrier and cleanse don't break it smite, heal, ignite, tp, clarity and exhaust break it

[zombie-brand-facepalm]

And i just realized league wiki has an article on stealth with all of these effects listed in it... Doesn't change the fact that having some of those effects break stealth really doesn't make much sense, especially when you can use them just before you stealth for an identical effect, like sweeper

Honestly, The only change I feel needed is to make twin shadows break stealth. The rule of thumb should be AOE = break. Aggressive = break. individual MS or defensive = fine. Camo + heal no good cuz aoe. camo Barrier good cuz just defensive.

i get where you're coming from, but i still feel like those item choices really only fuck up stealth tanks and supports... so pyke who doesn't build assassin, and sweeper is there just to fk with everyone.

For now shure, one day I expect riot to release a champion who has the ability to give invisibility to allies, Hell they almost put that into lux kit.
