Ranking System
Is there anyway we can have a pre-screening for ranked? Or even a temporary ranking ban?? I'm not the best with details, but here's a couple ideas I thought of.
What I mean by pre-screening is, instead of doing placements first, you play three or so games against Ranking Bots. Just you and four bots VS five bots. You're then put into a pre-ranking system based off of K/D/A, mechanics (dodged abilities, hit skillshots, etc.), Character usage (the types of champs you play i.e. skill-shot champs or auto-lock champs), and/or whatever else. The bot skill would start based on your MMR and then increase or decrease as necessary based off your gameplay. Then after your pre-ranking is set, you get put with the tier of people the game has decided you belong in. So if your stats during those games proved that you may only possess the skillsets for silver, you're put with Silvers and whatever for your placements. So you don't go 7/10 and get Bronze 2 or something. So on so forth.
I'm just tired of getting stuck with people so bad that it's impossible to carry. I'm not the best gamer on here by far, but I've had my opportunities to carry..but my teams proved too heavy.
As for the ranking ban. If someone goes AFK or leaves a game in RANKED, they should be banned for an hour or more. If it continues, the time gets longer until they're banned for the season. No resets. Each season you have so many leaves until your banned from ranked. This also goes for trolls. People that throw fits over not getting the spot they wanted as last pick, feeding because someone asked them to not feed, or even harassing other players. If people wanna be rude, troll, and leave...they should only be playing normals.
As for people that don't play all roles or multiple champs, please, for the love of League, DON'T PLAY RANKED. You shouldn't be playing ranked until you are good with at least a few champs in each role. Play normals until then or be Bronze for life, but stop dragging the rest of us with you.
Thank you for reading my ideas, love to hear what people think.
Sincerely,
