Does anyone know how Thunderlord's and Spellthief's works on Brand? Help me Sempai's!

Hey I was curious about if using Thunderlord's on Brand would be op or not? Mainly curious if when he sets enemy champs ablaze, would the 3 seconds of dot proc Thunderlords each spell? (assuming enough time has past on the TL CD)

Additionally, Before this new season, I noticed that using item 3303 on Brand was hit or miss. On some occasions, setting an enemy champ ablaze would use all 3 stacks on the item 3303 per second the target burned; However, other times, it wouldn't steal the gold at all or else would only count for one tic. This is when I have had all 3 stacks waiting to be cast. Has anyone else had this issue or does know if the new season has fixed the bug?

Brand's Blaze will trigger Both Thunderlord's and All stacks of the Spellthief's line. However, if you set multiple people ablaze, it get's wonky and picks targets at random to trigger the gold bonus damage or thunderlords.
