Question about Viktor
Is the new Hex Core thing going to be a trinket or item? all i could find on the Rework post was everyone complaining about the ult channel interruption, although i think it'd be a little overwhelming for a trinket.

Item. The new version comes with a substantial stat value so it's well out of scope for a trinket.
It is still an item. They want to address it as an item before using the Trinket idea from Rengar's rework.
