Reached lvl 30. Is it calibrating?

I was yelling about smurfs before. Yes, before 30 lvl all games were full of blue guys. But after reaching 30 lvl I have fell to hell.

Now I am matched up with and versus 100-300 lvls, golden, platinum guys and their premades. Last match we played versus 4 gold premade and platinum solo player. Their reaction was like: "o.o what are you doing here?" Should I tell that I suck in this matches being flattered by experience lack? Yes, it's better than to play vs smurfs and here I have chances sometime. But it's kinda weird anyway.

Maybe it is some kind of calibrating of my skill and it will be fine further?

If you lose enough to significantly lower your normal queue MMR, you will have easier normals. It keeps your pre-30 MMR after reaching 30, but then puts you in the post-30 match making. Keep in mind though, since people are less consistent in norms, the match making will never feel particularly good. Also norms track how to rate players for match making indepently of ranked, so high ranks can always turn up if they did not play enough normal for it to adjust.

Normal matchmaking is garbage.

Just go ranked and get put with people you're supposed to be with.

Once you hit 30, you're generally matched with anyone who is 30+ and has a similar MMR. The system doesn't care what levels those 30+ are as long as they are 30+.
