So, as of now, Jhin builds Duskblade and Youmuus as his first few items. With the changes to Duskblade, it feels like it is no longer useful on Jhin, so his core items are going to have to change.
Personally, I think people will adapt towards something such as Rapidfire Cannon > Infinity Edge > Boots > Youmuus > Situational.

It just seems like the best build in my eyes since flat Armor Penetration in general is getting nerfed.
By the way I don't get why people don't build Runaan's on Jhin, he has super high AD so the bolts hit like normal ADC crits if not harder, plus the life steal is insane with it.
