I'm not even sure why I got banned? Somebody banned my pick, I asked why, and I got banned for two weeks.

Are you sure that you were banned? There has been a prank going around of people fake sending messages that seem like they are official. I'd recommend making sure you are actually banned, and someone isn't just messing with you. If you are really banned, you can probably figure out why by sending a support ticket to Riot.

It happened in a lobby. It said it would be after this game. I'm not sure, but if it is that prank, well thank god

Sounds like one of the pranks. It's usually someone who types something to you and then puts a ton of returns followed by a "system message: your account will be banned at the end of this game"

If you were actually banned, you will receive a reform card on your next login. It should explain why you were banned.

But as K1Bo has said, if it came to you in chat during a game it might be from one of those pranks. You can report the player that does this to you by submitting a support ticket. They will investigate and hand out suspensions where applicable.
