Kassadin: Impossible S champ?

So, I'm a Kassadin main and i've done exceptionally well on Kassadin nearly every game I play with him, usually eclipsing my kills in relation to my deaths. I've gone 20-5, 27-0, 12-5, and all kinds of other scores that would get literally any other champion I own an S or even an S+. But I just played a ranked match, went 20-5, got around 116 CS by the end of it, and got a B...I honestly don't understand how I can go 0/2/26 on Kayle support and get an S, or 5/2/16 on Warwick jungle and get an S, but can play a game with Kassadin and go 27-0 and get an A-, or in the ranked match's case 20-5 and get a B...If anyone could please explain to me how it seems literally impossible to get an S on Kassadin I would greatly appreciate it, because I seriously doubt I can do better than 27-0...

you need a lot of cs. and kill participation to get an S+.

116 cs? Thats too low, even for a 20 minute game, to get a S. You need a lot more cs to get S. Somebody else mentioned kill participation, you will need 50% or more. But with those scores, I think the sole problem is the low cs.

Edit - I also forgot, you need to deal decent damage compared to your teammates
