I was just playing a PBE game with Volibear, and there was an enemy Kalista. Now to sum it up, kalista got fed. Her damage was not the problem though, it was the dash per autoattack. I was not able to get close to her w/o flash. To compare her dash to others, Lucian has a dash, about the same size, 18 seconds cd at first rank. My problem is that Kalista has way too much mobility and would make several champions unusableNasus Garen Volibear etc. Now, i'm not saying put a 14 second cd on it. I am saying about a 2 second minimum, what do you think?

I'd agree on this, at least in theory. I'm not on PBE, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but just from looking at the loadout her passive NEEDS a cooldown. A short one, yes, but it has to be there. A Kalista with high AS can kite infinitely better than any champ in the game, since she can just keep herself at her max AA range and/or jump over a wall to get out of the way.

It also makes my main, Mordekaiser, useless. I can't touch her and I can't run away... it's sad.

I think we should wait to see the overall picture when she gets released. I'm sure they still have some finetuning. I think the idea of her being able to jump walls with her auto is a terrible idea akin to how Old Nid could continually jump over walls on a low cd. Frustrating to catch her. If they removed that utility, I would be fine with how it is.
