Ranked has made me stupid

ever since ive played league ive been getting progressively better , whenever i play normals i come up against silvers and for my first rank i got silver . the games i played to get my rank i did really well but since i got my rank i make stupid plays and get 30-40 cs at 10 mins when i used to get 60-70. i always get the blame and have been loosing since even though my rank games were with silvers and i get highly motivated to get better at league but after one game it gets to me too much and really annoys me. i main adc and for the bast 5 games i have gotten 11kills and 54 deaths in total over them 5 games its tragic , i dont play how i used to ive stopped thinking when playing league.
