Morgana

Morganas passive still has spell vamp it would be really nice if it could be replaced with something else as it cant be built on. The passive is that morgana has 10% to 20% spell vamp even though spell vamp was removed. Is this a mistake or is this meant to be the olny form of spell vamp in the game, if its a mistake pls give morgana a cool new passive as us morgana mains whould love to see that. This passive really feels useless at this point. Any answers pls comment thx. Spell vamp was left on champions, Runes and masteries.

Lee sin also still has spell vamp.

Spellvamp also exists in masteries and runes. Riot just removed it from items so they don't have to balance certain champions around it.
