I cant get Key fragments

I played about 30 games and they have not given me fragment I wanted to ask if it was bugged, this is incredible, plz help me

As you get frag the chance of finding more rapidly drops off. It resets each month.

additionally there is a hard cap on it, which is bullshit f you ask me.

you cant earn more than 1 key a week on average.

Really? I though it just fell off to about a .03 chance of getting a key. I don't think it straight up blocks you.

Still screwed if you can't play much though. I am just sitting on 6 boxes, no way to unlock them w/o rp.

ive gone literally 3 weeks without a key, while regularly playing multiple games per day. that happened to me 2 times now.

i got all 4 keys in the first week, and then nothing until the reset. statistically if there was still a chance, i should have found a 13th fragment by now. i think they even officially stated that there is a hard cap on it.

Well it is a 1/66 chance at .3 (since you only get keys on wins) 66/21 days = just over 3. So at 3 games a day for 3 weeks you would average 1 key frag total.

So it is totally possible that you just didn't get any. Of course as I said I am not sure if there is a hard cap or not so this is purely theoretical.
