Is it just me or is there actually a lot more afk's than normal?

As of late i'd have to say that 1 out of every 3 games that i play has an afk on my team. If i were averaging between both teams then I'd have to say there is an afk 2 out of 3. I'm actually starting to really get annoyed with this. It is bad enough to have an afk on your team and not even get a loss prevention, but it's even worse to get an awful win because there is an afk on the enemy team. It is no fun for me to not be able to actually enjoy a game played with all 5 members on both teams. I cannot grow within the game and become better when the game is not even running correctly. I don't know if this is because of riots servers or because people are just playing with trash computers or whatever the reason. There needs to be changes made with this, because until improvement is made i'm no longer playing league. I'm tired of putting so much effort into playing and attempting to get better just to lose or win due to people not being in the games.
