How is it season 5 and there are still no changes to pregame trolls for solo que????

I remember a couple years ago when Riot actually rewarded the pregame trolls by PUNISHING those who would seek to avoid them by dodging them, giving not only a que time debuff.. but also TAKING their LP. I mean really.. in what way did this fix the pregame trolls other than reward them further for their high jinks?

Here it is in Season 5 and this issue has STILL not been addressed. How has there not been a vote system implemented to remove a troll from pregame selection? How many times have we been in solo que and someone is hard trolling/raging in champ select and we wished there was a way to remove them? Would it be that hard to add a vote feature that could remove these guys? Giving THEM a que time debuff.. giving THEM a loss in LP? THIS would fix one of the MAJOR issues in the solo que community.

They are kinda fixing this in the coming season with the new que, ranked team builder. People choose 2 roles before going into the que and they get one of them, no more trolling because you didn't get your role or being forced into a role you're not comfortable in.

it has not been fixed because they is no non abuse-able way of fixing it yet what to stop you and your team from voting for a person just because you dont like their pick like oh he picked Taric , or Yorick "must be trolling"

Just add a report button in the lobby too... And let the system purge itself. The notification can be sent at the end of the game to not to make things worse. Easy.

There is, it's called ranked 3v3 or 5v5 team. If you're still getting trolls in there, you've got issues.

Ranked teambuilder is on the way, we'll probably get it in the preseason.

Because it is literally impossible to tell someone is trolling in champion select, and if you think differently that is why you are bronze

The more I think about this Team Builder thing.. I am not sure whether or not it will address the ragers/trolls. I would imagine it would work like Team Builder, you select your role.. ok.. but you still have to ban and pick. Sure, you have taken away the "I didn't get my role so I am trolling" aspect of trolling but I experience people raging and trolling when it has nothing to do with picks all the time.. they are simply tilted or unhappy people. There will still be a chat room where raging/trolling can fly freely. I believe that a vote system should be considered in any case.

Kick votes will never solve champ select trolls. Kick votes would be USED by champ select trolls to troll even harder.

because "it can be abused" just like emergency exit doors on planes

you never know if someone will open one mid flight so its better to just never install one and hope for the best

I realize this is a problem, and I haven't been playing this game nearly as long as a lot of other people, but I have literally NEVER encountered someone who trolls in champ select with being provoked. Not once.

They simply need to include pre and post game chat in the chat logs. Course that would be IF tribunal/report system did anything. Which of course it doesn't so... whatever.

I had 2 disco nunus today and I have no idea why. I just logged off and called it a day. Couldnt give them the role they wanted, they just refused to take any role. One for no reason, the other because he was pissed at another guy on my team for a previous ranked game. I lost 20lp, 40 minutes of time, and the people will not be punished because they only chose to troll for one game. So I dont think the new ranked teambuilder will solve that at all. If people want to grief you or make you lose, you will lose.

I think having the ability to have a pregame queue, where you can vote out people that would be trolls. pre-made join lobby, where the team can discuss strategy and such. If a troll is present they can vote them out before anything occurs, and choose a role. If someone is voted out, it just opens the lobby for another instead of kicking everyone. once the queue is filled and set, you all accept and it searches for a match where you pick/ban and then play.

Ummm, THIS! Make it where the vote has to be unanimous. Just dealt with one of these guys, raged the entire pick process and was saying "jungle or feed". He got his jungle, died during a failed gank and went afk. This would be the norm for this situation, if they are raging, trolling during picks, it will be like that all game 9/10 times.
