VIKTOR: Anti-Tank D.O.T. build!!!

I love playing Viktor the most and am hoping to discover the best possible anti-tank build for those moments when they stack tanks. Is just getting a lot of bursty items always better than going for a D.O.T. build? This is my best D.O.T. build so far: item 3135 item 3198 item 3158 item 3151 item 3116 **summoner 4 summoner 14 At this point, I am not sure what to have as a 6th item. I am thinking maybe item 3165 would be the best option. I wasn't to sure which boots to get but decided on Lucidity to get CDR and also the 10% reduction on summoner spells. As far as Mastery points, I went 18-12-0 for the 7% magpen and DFT. I thought about 18-0-12 for RunicArmor and Insight but I don't think it is worth it. The reason I am considering this build is because of the changes this patch. The slower delay on upgraded E and the slower delay between ult ticks. Full benefit could be gained on hitting both parts of E and all ticks of the ult. Do you think this build or a better D.O.T. build could be best for Viktor and in what kind of situation? -ZC

Not torment, Viktor doesn't make good use of it. I would personally go:

morello + 1st upgrade > sorc boots, ludens > more upgrades > Rylais > Void.

Mpen will help more than cdr.

Masteries go 12-18-0. Thunderlords. Q>E>aa procs it easy.

You want to be able to burst squishies early to mid game and grab more utility later.

Have main Viktor since original release. And omg was original release strong for DOT, e bonus damage was a dot that always hit for an 40% of original damage, along with his ult. Maybe its just me but I don't think Viktor is even strong anymore. He has to build in such a specific way to be viable imo. for example:

is a must -item 3198 tanks mean u need this -item 3135 if u don't want to rely on your team to do real damage(cc) -item 3116 (only helps) if u don't have these your auto dead -item 1001

I have hated every change to Viktor from the first.
